How do I make a return?

Nothing could be simpler:

• Just send an email to support@aeri-gear.com with your order number, and we’ll give you all the information you need to make your return!

Return policy

Return all new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, booklets, stickers and original labels.

• There is no restocking charge if the conditions outlined above are met.
• We do NOT make exchanges. Instead, place a new order for the items you want. Return unwanted items using the normal returns procedure. Once the return is received, a refund will be made according to the original method of payment.

What do we mean by “new”?

Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation on a vehicle cannot be returned.

• Let’s face it, returning an item is tedious and sometimes costly, and nobody likes that.
• To make your life easier, we provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label that you can print out in the comfort of your own home.
• The cost of this label is just $5 plus tax, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
