{"id":3339,"date":"2024-07-30T11:01:56","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T15:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeri-gear.com\/return-policy\/"},"modified":"2024-10-02T17:45:06","modified_gmt":"2024-10-02T21:45:06","slug":"return-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aeri-gear.com\/en\/return-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Return policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I make a return?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nothing could be simpler:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Just send an email to <a>support@aeri-gear.com<\/a> with your order number, and we&#8217;ll give you all the information you need to make your return!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>Return all new and unused items within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery for a refund.\nItems must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, booklets, stickers and original labels. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no restocking charge if the conditions outlined above are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do NOT make <strong>exchanges<\/strong>.\nInstead, place a new order for the items you want.\nReturn unwanted items using the normal returns procedure.\nOnce the return is received, a refund will be made according to the original method of payment.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we mean by &#8220;new&#8221;?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation on a vehicle cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worry-free returns!<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Let&#8217;s face it, returning an item is tedious and sometimes costly, and nobody likes that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make your life easier, we provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label that you can print out in the comfort of your own home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost of this label is just $5 plus tax, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do I make a return?
